Report your card as lost/stolen under MyCards in Digital Banking, or call us:

7 am-7 pm Mon.- Fri.: 920.494.2828 or 800.728.4294
After 7 pm & Sat./Sun. : 800.472.3272

If you suspect your Digital Banking account/password has been compromised, use a non-compromised device and immediately:

  1. Change your Digital Banking password.
  2. Set-up Digital Banking Alerts to monitor activity.
